MBBS, MD

Gynaecologist•
If a surgery is performed for the removal of a vaginal cyst, you can go home 1 to 6 hours after the procedure. Post surgery, you will need a few weeks to completely recover from it. It has to be kept in mind that a patient who underwent vaginal cyst surgery should avoid sexual intercourse for a minimum of two weeks. Your vulva needs at least two weeks of time to heal fully.

Ovarian surgery is not so serious and problems are rare but its procedures have some complications. Problems such as excessive bleeding, infection, blood clots, damage to other organs or issues occuring with the use of anesthesia. Risk increases if you smoke, drink alcohol, suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, if you are pregnant or you have gone through abdominal surgery.

Surgical procedures may have pain persisting for several days after it's done.
Marsupialization removes cysts in a way that makes them less likely to return however there are still chances that they may reoccur. You may opt for homoeopathic treatment for getting a non surgical and painless solution to your disease. Reach us in case you need our help regarding this.

No it isnt. Let it be. Surgery doesnt hv side effects , but it can always recurr, so no use. It won't give you any trouble except mild on and off pain. You can get steroid injected in it every 6 months or so, much easier than surgery and it might dispapear with this simple step.

No, there are no food restrictions.
But surgery is not a solution.
You are removing the end product of disease while the disease itself is still there and the cyst can grow again. Or it will come out in another form in future.

Ovarian surgery is not a major surgery but it involves few complications which are rare. Damage to other organs during the surgery is one of the biggest risks involved. Problems related to the use of anesthesia may occur.

An ovarian cyst does not usually affect a woman's ability to conceive. The fact that you have been pregnant before is a good indicator that you will be able to conceive again. ... The only condition in which ovarian cysts are linked with difficulty in conceiving is polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
