I have right hand little finger totally amputated due to this amputated one side of my body is smaller to compared with left side of a body. I can I able to do gym is it will any side effects on my body? Can I do gym and hard exercise.

It won't affect your routine life or health, don't think about intentions. You can do exercise as tolerate of your body. If do hard work up get advice from gym master. This just for opinion.

Hi, In past time. I did very heavy exercise. But now I cannot do normal exercise in gym as compared to other persons. Is there any disease? Should I check with doctor?

Hi May be your work schedule, your energy may be exhausted, if you feel worsen day by day consult with local Dr. Just check CBC blood test ,if any abnormal finding get opinion.

In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.

For reducing weight you needs to give up factory made & readymade food. Reduce food containing sugar, oil, salt, milk & maida. Eat more food that's available in natural form like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. This will help in gradual & sustainable weight loss.

You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Yes , you can adapt a very healthy lifestyle so that you can feel healthy and look better . Maintain an ideal weight by eating only healthy and fresh food. Include local and seasonal fruits and vegetables in every day meals. Avoid junk , processed or packaged food items. Avoid tobacco and alcohol. Limit tea or coffee. Also include Yoga which can help your body and mind to work in harmony. Take proper sleep ( 7-8 hrs daily ). Have sufficient water (8-10 glass of water or more if you feel thirsty ).
