I had a dream about my grandmother who passed away then I woke up but was half sleep I saw my dad come to my room and was cleaning and I said to him about my dream and was laughing but then suddenly I woke up and before that I was still sleeping but that part my dad came to my room and was cleaning that part really happened then yesterday I was sleeping I had dreams then I woke up but I was half asleep I saw my mom come to my room and pick up her phone which was been charging then my mom was talking with her relation about some marriage then I suddenly woke and that mom talking was part in my dream but my mom coming to my room and taking her phone from charger was real and after I wake up I am not experiencing any problems and when I am going to sleep I am not experiencing any problem. So is this normal and happened only 2 or 3 times.

Relax do not worry do following
1.no alcohol
2. Reduce body wt if overwt
3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at nightmore

There is nothing to be thought about it. Reason for dreams is given differently in different line of thoughts like religious beliefs, scriptural, paranormal etc., do not give much thought about. Scientifically it is accepted that dreams are of your previous exposure to an incident/ thought/ likes/ dislikes etc., which is causing your subconcious is giving out as dreams. I am 18 years old and currently preparing for medical entrance exam. I have been sleeping very late at night. I have been going to bed at morning 5 or 6 and sometimes. I don't sleep. And when I sleep I keep on having dreams that makes me want to sleep more so I can continue the dream and after I wake up I feel really bad of not having that dream as reality and sometimes often cry. I do not feel like getting out of the dream even if i'm able to differentiate the dreams and reality. Often I see my mother in my dreams who passed away two years ago and I do not feel like getting out of the dream. I also feel good talking to myself rather than talking yo someone else. I enjoy talking to myself as a child talks to its imagination friend. I laugh and giggle heartily when I talk to myself but when I talk to anyone I go back to a moody person trying to avoid any type of conversations. At times I want to talk to a particular person but I keep on being rude to them as if they pushed me to have a conversation when I was the one wanting to talk. Sometimes I also text make a conversation between me and my imagination friend through dual apps. And I feel relieved too. Is this some kind of medical condition? I also have dreams of my school friends, or my childhood and also sometimes about my favourite actors I am a crazy fan of and all these also make me not want to get up from dreams.
