That is called as pot belly and its due to accumulation of fat in the abdominal area for any human being. Why is its coming? Its coming due to execive food intake and no physical activity. So get trained in exercises /yoga to reduce the abdominal fat by a trainer or join a gym and practice the exercises. Use floss twice a day. Brush twice daily. Use a tongue cleaner and mouth freshner twice a day, 30 mins after brushing your teeth. Continue drinking lots of water. Avoid sweets as it can cause cavities and that may be contributing to your bad breath. Maintain good oral hygiene. For the pimples, try using benzoyl peroxide ointment overnight. Avoid dairy products and greasy food.

Bad breath is one of the most common symptoms of tonsils stones. If the size of the stones is small and is not causing any problems then it can be kept that way. But if it is causing problems like frequent tonsillitis and pain then it needs to be surgically removed. Till then gargle with luke warm water frequently ,it will help woth the infection and removing the stones (if small) and use a chlorhexidine mouth wash and tongue cleaner for bad breath.
