So for your specific condition you are having a nerve compression so there is there are some exercises to relieve this no compression and I would like to see the mri image if it is mild or moderate then it is treatable with proper medication and exercise however you need to take extreme precautions avoid any jokes any sprains any weight on lumbar vertebrae.
