Hi lybrate-user, the osteoarthritis is an age related degenerative changes. Medicine or oil application will not help them. Regular exercises are required to prevent further degeneration and keep the muscle strong to do her daily routine. Hello . If your overall weight is more according to your height , then you have to reduce your weight by taking care of your diet . do chest exercises , like chest press . maintain a healthy lifestyle.
