As per mine knowledge her weight is appropriate as per her age. Complementary feeding is started at 6 months of age along with breast feeding. Quickly you should reach to nearby hospital as it can be life threatening. Doctors will wash stomach and start treatment. After releasing from hospital start lite diet like moongdal khichdi, moongdal pani, sabutdana kher etc. Than after 2 days you can switch to normal diet. Consult your doctor if any problems appear like stomach aches or vomiting nausea etc.

1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food,
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food
5. Consult doctor, if no relief.

Hi,
You may be suffering from intestinal infection which has led to loose motions. Take tab. Kutaja parpati vati 1tab thrice a day with buttermilk. Avoid spicy food and be on bland diet for 2-3 days. Rehydrate your body with plenty of fluids like water, ORS, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, nimbu pani, buttermilk, etc.

You have not mentioned her weight. Reduce number of milk in a day. Give her well nourishing home prepared food of her likings at her liberty. It may take some days for her to accustomed to this change. Give her more water to drink.

It would be difficult to give a 1 year old steam and plus its a little dangerous, as children can get cranky throw the steamer away and might injure themselves.
