For 3 years baby give all foods which you are eating. What ever you are eating no special things but it should have vegetables fruits cereals pulses or if non veg can give, milk 2-3 times only.
For 6 month old start with rice preparations and add one by one dall, fruits gradually in 7-10 days intervals and gradually increase the quantities.
