while doing iftar stay away from fried and spicy foods. can take all the fruits and vegetables but seasonal ones are always preferred, khajoor are full of minerals and iron which makes it perfect for fasting days. light iftar meal followed by regular dinner would be okay.

Try eating lots of garlic. If you cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum q,(biochemic) nat phos, avoid all types of fats and red meat. Consult me in private for detailed treatment.
