Hello Mr Shekhar, it is unlikely that any medication would help you, as there are good chances of the reversal failure, so even if your testicles ARE producing sperms, they wont be able to pass into your semen, I suggest assisted reproductive techniques, if you are planning for a baby.

Azoospermia means absence of any sperms in the semen. If there is Azoospermia, we advise to repeat the test after few days, preferably from a second laboratory. Sometimes, careful examination may reveal few sperms. If the second test also suggests no sperms, we need to find out the cause by some tests- physical examination, blood tests and sometimes ultrasound.

TESA (Testicular Sperm Aspiration) is a minor surgical procedure done under local anesthesia. A fine needle is inserted into the testicle and sperms are aspirated. These sperms are used for fertilization through ICSI. It is mainly done for men having obstructive azoospermia.

You have pyospermia. There is no real treatment for azoospermia there is infection in seminal vesicle. Some white blood cells in the semen is normal – however, many pus cells suggest the presence of an infection. High pus cell counts were observed in various subclasses of infertile patients, confirming that semen infection is a classic cause of male infertility.
