Anal fistula
An anal fistula is a chronic inflamed, abnormal communication track between the anal canal and the outer skin of the anus. Commonly this disease develops after spontaneous bursting or operation of an abscess located in this area. It then remains open and discharges pus, even after the abscess has healed.

Stone size is big. It won't dissolve. Camphor causes slow poisoning like lead/arsenic. Should not take that. You should undergo ESWL or PCNL. Since there are multiple stones PCNL will be better. PCNL is a key hole endoscopic surgery. You can consult me or any urologist regarding this. Thanks.
