Breast cancer is an abnormal growth of cells in the tissues of the breast. Mainly it occurs in females but less than 1% of all the breast cancer cases develop in males. The majority of breast cancers start in the milk ducts. A small number start in the milk sacs or lobules. It can spread to the lymph nodes and to the other parts of the body such as bones, liver, lungs and to the brain.

Axillary lymph node enlargement should be investigated. Take a course of antibiotic under the supervision of a doctor to exclude inflammatory reason. If it is not responding to antibiotics, a biopsy has to be taken. Breast cancer will have lump in breast, nipple retraction, and nipple discharge. You have no reason to worry about it. Small cyst of ovary is not a matter of concern.

I am afraid, but c5 malignacy means she is an unfortunate victim of the deadliest disease. It will be better to consult a breast onco surgeon at the earliest. Please remember, cancer cells grow and infiltrate in every seconds. So every second matters for treatment result. Good thing is breast cancer is treatable now a days.

I am 31 years old and I had usg of both breasts followed by fnac and the usg report says that right breast has approx. 4 mm thin walled cyst at 6o’clock position with debris within. Right breast has approx. 14 x 5 mm oval well defined hypoechoic lesion at 9o’clock position. An approx. 11 x 9 mm cyst with internal echoes seen abutting it. Left breast has approx. 6 mm oval hypoechoic lesion at 8 o’clock position. Bilateral axillary lymph nodes are seen with maintained by fatty hilum. Fnac done on right breast and it says that smears show high cellularity comprising of groups and sheets of benign ductal epithelial cells along with myoepithelial cells on background of bare bipolar nuclei, macrophages, stroma and rbcs. I just wanted to know that can it be cured with medicine or is there something serious regarding this.

Please mention the symptoms. If pain in breast , is there any relation between pain breast and menstrual cycle i.e. pain is more during pre-menstrual phase.
As per ultrasound findings Bilateral breast cysts are likely to benign breast disease or fibrocystic disease of breast, nothing to worry if symptomatic then require treatment.
For SOL in rt. upper outer quadrant :
If palpable go for FNAC.
If not Palpable then ultrasound guided FNAC.
