I can understand your concern. Please try local application of Triamcinolone ointment twice day. This will loosen the tight tissues and may help in retracting the foreskin. Since I cannot prescribe online, please get a prescription from your local physician.
If it does not work there are some minor procedures to free the tight foreskin without removing it completely (i.E. Without circumcision).
Please get back to me if you have any doubts.
I hope your problem gets resolved soon,

Dear Scar are the fibrous tissue form on the skin in order to repair broken tissue. When there is an injury the skin produces more cells in order to grow the punctured skin that is known as scar. Scars always occur when the outer layer of the skin, the epidermis is cut and the injury extends to the dermis. The resulting scar does not have good blood circulation, is sometimes uneven and is less elastic. In addition, major variations in color are possible. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
It can be treated by removing your nail and trimming some of the nail matrix, which is the tissue your nail rests on. A split nail happens because your nail can't grow over scar tissue. It's treated by removing the nail that's already grown and treating or removing the scar so new nail can grow properly.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you...more

For women who have petite/small breast size, its absolutely fine to not wear bras, because there is no external support required to contain the small breast volume. However, in case of women with larger breast size, there are multiple physical discomforts like shoulder pain, back pain, jiggling while walking, shoulder drooping etc. that develop due to the excess breast volume. Thus, an external support is needed to address these physical concerns. 80% of a bra’s support comes from its cradle or ...more
