You can examine your breasts in front of the mirror after removing restrictive clothing. Feel the painful portion between fingers and thumb of other hand by rolling the full breast thickness. If you feel any hard lump, pl meet your gynec. Compare with the other side for swelling, redness or shape. If you see anything abnormal, it will need checkup. Try wearing something loose for a day to see if it relieves the pain. Try hot compress.

Your symptoms suggest axillary tail of the breast extending in to arm pits. If it is very painful they should be removed. As far as malignancy is concerned they are breast tissue and have the same chance of developing malignancy as the rest of the breast. You should also get fnac done before planning for surgery.

Mifepristone alone never work alone. It has to be combined with misoprostol to achive complete abortion. It should not be used beyond 7 weeks as it will cause more failure and will lead to complications.

Let me clearly tell you that finding a lump in breast can be a scary experience but not all lumps in breast are cancerous.
Fibroadenoma is non cancerous.
It is usually found in female less than 30 years of age
it consists of breast tissue and connective (stromal )tissue
while most women have single lump ,10-15 %of women have multiple lumps.
