Ketamine helps in depressive disorder or depressive phase of bipolar mood disorder. It doesn't help in mania, hypomania or mixed phase of bipolar disorder.
Your condition needs to be assessed first, to come to conclusion if ketamine infusions are going to help you or not!
I have experience of administering more than 300 ketamine infusion for my patients suffering from treatment resistant depressive phase of mood disorder conditions.

By asd you mean atrial septal defect right? All asd don't require surgery. 25% of living adult have asds. The matter is does he have any symptoms of cynosis (bluing of extremities) or any other allied symptoms? Surgery and modern medicines are the only cure of this. I would not recommend you going the ayurveda route since the results are very wage.

There's no cure for bipolar disorder, but you can manage your condition by following a treatment plan and making lifestyle modifications. In severe cases of depression, temporary hospitalization may be required.

I feel ---you have to first have an ent check up for hearing function. Then have a check up with all clinical investigations-- by a psychiatrist/psychologist team--then only come to a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
