The syrups being given are to reduce the behaviour problems and won't directly improve the speech. Consult a child psychiatrist for proper doing of the same. Only intensive ot and speech therapy would improve the outcome in the parameters you mentioned, medications will help him being receptive to the same. Good luck.

Child younger than 6 years old, before trying any medication behavior therapy should be applied. Recommend that adhd be treated with behavior therapy first, before trying medication. Behavior therapy is the recommended treatment for adhd in children under 6 years of age.

Backache has nothing to do with medications. At this age most common cause is inappropriate posture while sitting, sitting for long hours in front of computer or with a mobile in hand in inappropriate posture. Self evaluate for these causes and rectify the posture in which you sit throughout the day. If it is mild autism-child can be improved very well by training under specially trained trainers and sometimesâcan attain better skills than a normal child-be happy; confident and take special care of the child-wishes for complete recovery of your child.
