You can use ointment cloben g twice daily. Keep your infected area clean and dry. Take a shower as soon as you conclude playing a sport or anything else that involves skin-to-skin contact with other people. Use soap, and don’t forget to wash everywhere on your body that came into contact with others, as well as anywhere sweat may have collected, including your feet, groin, and scalp.
Don’t share used personal items with others.

Use DK gel at night. Fungal infection or ring worm. Common in the skin folds. Sweaty areas. Seen as itchy, red or black spots mostly circular shape. Avoid sweating, exchange of clothes and soap. Treatment depends on the severity and location of the fungal infection. So do direct online consultation by sending photos or meet me in my clinic for proper diagnosis and treatment.

The best way you can continue having an active physical life, even with flat foot, is to use proper Orthotics. You must always use footwear, with soft, pressure distributing insole with an inbuilt 5 to 7 millimeter medial arch support. All good quality sports shoes have this. You can also buy there inserts and place them in other footwear.
