Hello lybrate-user
it's sad to hear about your accident. Front teeth are always aesthetically very important. So I will suggest you the best treatment. If your lower jaw bone is fine, the best treatment for you is to opt for implant. In this without involving any adjacent teeth, we can replace your teeth.
But if you have a budget problem, you can go for fixed teeth over there. Thank you. Tc.

If there is any sharp points in the denture that is impinging on the gums and causing problem then you need to go the dentist and he will make the surface smooth. It will hardly take 10mins. But for new denture users it will always take time to adapt to it. Initially you will hav difficulties but gradually you will become habituated.
Thank you.

Anything artificial be it attificial limb or even tooth cannot restore or subsitute your natural ones. So, be careful what you eat with your artificial teeth and morever front teeth are not for eating do not bite with your front teeth on any hard food or raw vegetables or fruits ad it will further weaken your teeth.

Implant is, no doubt the best option to replace the missing teeth for you but before the placement of implants you will have to undergo some tests and special xrays
on the other side you can also opt for a 4 unit fixed bridge which will involve the adjacent teeth for support
the cost of implant varies according to the dentist as well as the system orphaned land ranging from 15000 30000 for 1 unit.

It may be difficult if your natural teeth and not firm enough to support artificial teeth.
But we can take x-ray scans to check for quality of your jaw bone and can advise you implant provided you hav controlled diabetes and if there is no major contraindication for implant. You can consult me in clinic to evaluate for possibility of giving artificial teeth.
