To deal with such headache, I would advise you ensure adequate sleep and food intake. Also it's better if you avoid any caffeine or chocolates especially in the night, and ...more

Hi lybrate-user, based on the symptoms mentioned by you, it appears you are probably suffering from anxiety disorder. It is in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist preferably in-person, who need to assess you in detail before formulating a management plan which will include few medicines along with counselling or psychotherapy. You will definitely feel better with treatment.

Dear Soumick,
I don't understand your problem. Ativan is a benzodiazepine. It might make you dependent on it if you take for a long term. It can not be stopped suddenly also. Try to control yourself in a non medical method and then gradually reduce Ativan

A clinical psychologist will teach you initially and later you need to practice on your own for about 20 minutes daily. Alternately you can undergo therapy 1-2 times a week for about 30 minutes a day with a clinical psychologist or a trained psychiatrist. That will be a long term solution without tablets. It’s highly unlikely that 2 doses of sildenafil causing such symptoms. Basically sildenafil won’t be in your body after a day as it gets eliminated. So if you still has chest tightness which is continuous consult your physician and get it evaluated. We never know for sure without evaluation but yes that chances of those symptoms just due to your anxiety are high and chances of those symptoms due to sildenafil are almost nil. But I advise you to get it evaluated if you have continuous chest d...more

Dear Onthatile,
Urbanol has to be taken at night. You can take serdep during the day, if you remember to take it daily. People tend to forget daytime medications. At the age of 19 years, it better that you learn to manage your anxieties in non medical methods like JPMR or CBT

If aren't having any symptoms since the past 2 years and this was your first episode 2 years back then medications can be tapered and stopped. If you had multiple episodes in the past then you should continue.
Talk to your mental health professional regarding this.
