Yes anxiety can be treated with medications. But if possible instead of medications try using some natural ways if didn't worked then go for medicine.

1.Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple
2.Drink plenty of water and take rest.

Dear lybrate-user, Latest researches shows. That gradual r eduction n then omission is better option then sudden stoppage of medicine, for example. Reduce medicine to 3/4 after 1 month. Then if feels better reduce to half then half tablet two times a day then half tablet once a day then half tablet every alternate day then half tablet every third day tehn half tablet every foutrth day ehn every week then every fortnight then every m onth then.
