Allopathic treatment will not help.
Even if it helps then it will be temporary and the complaints will return after short time.
Also it causes side effects.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment side by side and gradually stop allopathic medicine.

Engage in self-care: Take care of your physical and emotional well-being. Focus on activities that bring you joy, relaxation, and a sense of fulfillment. This may include exercise, hobbies, practicing mindfulness, getting enough sleep, and maintaining a healthy diet.

Set realistic goals: Break down larger tasks into smaller, achievable goals. Start with simple steps and gradually work your way up. Celebrate your accomplishments along the way, even if they seem small.

The reason might be due to many causes. Commonest here would be a stroke involving temporal lobe, leading to aphasic speech (irrelevant), which can be confirmed by a mri scan of the brain. Second reason can be due to dementia, which happens to shrinkage of the brain affecting recent memory and which is caused/ aggravated by the sleeping pill, alprazolam. This can also be confirmed either by ct/ or mri brain scan. The third reason can be late onset psychosis, in which the scan will be normal. Kin...more

Hello - you have done well in trying to taper down the clonazepam dose gradually over the past few months
- currently you are on a very low dose of 0.0625 mg-0.125 mg every second day. If you have no withdrawal symptoms at present, then just take 0.0625 mgs every other day for about 4 weeks. If no withdrawal symptoms after 4 weeks, then you can stop. If you have any symptoms, consult your doctor for additional monitoring and support. Take care.

Hello friend, good day. I can understand your concerns. Be aware that medicine are just one part of your treatment. Though it will have few sides effects, it's still required to manage your emotions better. So just follow the medicine as instructed by your psychiatrist. In addition, you need to follow few non medicinal treatments like exercise routine, yoga, few lifestyle changes, dietary changes and also regular counseling support to overcome your problems permanently. I'm a 16-years-old female who has for the past months been experiencing that my memory is degrading badly. I have always had a memory that was fair enough. I do have much stress and I do have social anxiety. I don't sleep that well, but that was never a problem before. I sleep around, 6-7 hours on school week. And 9+ hours on a holiday. I do take some medications for my adhd and I'm aware there are some side effects to that medicine. I couldn't even remember, a friend's name that I recently met, for some split seconds. Then after some thinking, I could finally remember it. I can remember certain situations that were very important. I could remember something from 5 years ago but not 2 weeks ago. And I do feel like, my memory gets better after I eat food. But it feels like it's getting worse as time passes. I did as a child had to do mind memory games at school, but I felt like I could still remember basic information or situations that happened some days prior. But now, I can even remember what I did 3 days ago? Is there something wrong with me? I'm showing early signs of dementia? Or i'm just overreacting?

You are having a good energy level, try to give it a proper direction. Wish you all the best and good health.
