My anxiety is low now and gastric is also but I feel like fever and severe weakness with headache that causes my eyes dull and fatigue in all body. I found little lump in chest side too. I am confused why this weakness, fever type and headache is happening. When I check my fever it is only 97.4 or near .plz help.

Have you asked your doctor about what does hypochondriasis mean. It is diagnosed when person has a significant fear of developing an illness or keeps on having a doubt of having a major illness despite all normal tests. The medication prescribed do help with gastrointestinal and anxiety symptoms but they may not be sufficient for taking care of worries and thoughts about having an illness. What is the dose of leruside prescribed and how many times do you take clotas in a day as they might be rel...more

There is no direct relationship between both the phenomena.
If you have such symptoms then it can be cured by homoeopathic treatment.
You can consult me online.

Dear lybrate-user,
for long term mood stability, sometimes you may need many different tablet combinations. Try and report to your doctor after few weeks.
In psychiatry, there is no need of conducting 'tests' in your terms. The best test the psychiatrist conducts, is called as 'mental status examination'
diagnosis in psychiatry is mostly the symptom clusters and mental status examination.

You may try breathing exercises for relaxation. There are so many types of breathing exercises you can practice them regularly. Some yoga poses are also beneficial for you. Meditation needs practice. A daily practice will provide the most benefits. Whatever form of meditation you choose, awareness of the present moment is key. When you meditate, you train in being aware of whatever object of meditation you’ve chosen. There will be distractions in the form of sounds, odors, sensations of discomfo...more

It is very low dose so withdrawal may not be needed, but the medicine needs 2 to 4 weeks to act. It is a psychiatrist medication, I believe your doctor is a psychiatrist. Good luck.

Hi,
could empathize your problem. It could be due to fear and past experience of covid 19. The smell in your nose could be due to cough and cold. When you have these symptoms, there is a chance of abdominal pain while coughing. You might feel it after sometime too due to mental conditions. Palpitation may be due to fear too.
You might be a very happy person. Then given your current situations, you started worrying about your health. Divert your mind to your favorite hobbies or interact w...more
