In the meanwhile you can help enhance the process. Include good amount of fruits and fruit juices in your diet. Also make sure you do a lot of physical exercise and take part in outdoor games. Dear, You must understand the difference between alcohol addiction and abuse. You can definitely quit alcohol in one go. Just stop it and swear not to drink again. Engage yourself in games and other engaging activities during evenings or when you feel the urge. Just a week, your habit should change.
