Hi, your symptoms look like that of a anal fistula which in simpler terms is a abnormal connection between the inside and outside of your anus. It is unlikely to heal on its own and will require a personal examination by a surgeon to decide the next best course of action. Take care. Thank you.

Internal hemorrhoids are typically painless, even when they produce bleeding. You might, for example, see bright red blood on the toilet paper or dripping into the toilet bowl. Internal hemorrhoids may also prolapse, or extend beyond the anus, causing several potential problems.

A full recovery can be expected in about 6 weeks. Rectal prolapse can be uncomfortable and painful, but it's treatable. The sooner you see a doctor about your symptoms, the easier the surgery and recovery will be.

The most common types of anal discharge are: mucus – a jelly-like substance that's naturally found in the gut; white or yellow mucus may mean there's an infection, while a pink or red colour may indicate blood. Faeces (stools) – due to leaking from your bowel.
