I have this tiny hole at the upper of my anus I can?t really tell how it got there and mucus like yellow comes from it most time I even stool a little come from the hole very close to my anus recently I try finding the trace and I could feel the hole at the entrance of my anus what will I do to get rude of the mucus cause I believe if I can get rude of the mucus that hole might close most times it close but it itches me and open up again i?m tired it been like 4 years now what should I buy or take please help me.
