I am not a believer of supplements. But you may take vegetable juices and amla and sprouted wheat Dalia and variety of fruits apart from whole grains and legumes and veggies in your diet. All this along with flax seeds or fish and nuts and seeds will provide you enough antioxidants.

Natural food sources of antioxidants work better than supplements. I generally don't recommend supplements unless it's really indicated.
You are young. Eat plenty of foods rich in antioxidants like green leafy vegetables, High coloured fruits.
Eat variety of fruits and veggies everyday. When you eat that way, you get necessary antioxidants for skin health and it slows down aging Eat onions, tomatoes everyday Take mushrooms twice a week.

Dear user, moisturisers mostly contain vitamin e only because vitamin c is an unstable vitamin and oxidises very soon. So you can buy any good moisturiser, take some moisturiser in palm and mix half lemon in moisturser and apply. This will help your skin tone improve. You can also use glycerin + lemon at bed time.
