The excessive loose motion and vomitings are due to acute gastroenteritis/ stomach infection. Avoid giving orally for sometime until vomitings subside. Iv fluids should be given along with iv antibiotics since he is not tolerating orally. After this acute phase if you need any medical advise you can take a consult.
