The mask will not help in passive smoking, its for germs only. Either you have to stay in a different place or use oxygen mask only. All the best.

Although the opposite is also true that elevated bp causes increases heart rate and anxiety with breathlessness.

Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin
* avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight.
* Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season.

Hi,
give sufficient rest to your eyes with proper sleep.
Keep yourself hydrated with intake of 10-12 glasses of water in a day.
Eat healthy especially vitamin a rich food (green vegetables, carrots, yellow fruits and vegetables) and avoid junk food.
