Nothing to do at present ,everything is normal except baby is in breech position.
Repeat ultrasound at 36 weeks of pregnancy if baby is still in breech position then go for elective caeserian section at 38-39 week of pregnancy. Normal delivery can be risky in breech presentation.

Nothing can be done.
Instead of deciding about sex purely on this report let your examining obstetrician decide who will have full picture.

Not fungal- fundal.
It is normal and fine.
Normal delivery depends on number of factors not just on placenta.

You have to repeat the scan later on. Now, avoid intercourse and any vaginal tablet. Avoid strenuous work. Look for any amount of bleeding. Stay close to hospital.

Do not worry lybrate-user. It's just anterior placenta. It's not mentioned as placenta previa or accreta etc. Since its a previous c section you might undergo a repeay c section for this baby after maturity. Do not worry the doctor will take care of you during surgery. From your side just keep your sugar levels under control and haemoglobin should be above 12.

Placenta anterior is again normal to have but the only concern is if there is a c-section then doctor may have to go through th placenta to reach the baby and there can be excess blood loss. This may also cause difficult / obstructed labour sometimes. Regards.
