I am 25 years old. I have leg pain. Doctors suggested to take MRI scan. The report is "hyperintense signals involving the anterior cruciate ligament int its entire length with intact ACL s/o Mild mucoid degeneration. horizontal tear seen involving anterior horn of lateral meniscus, vertical tear seen involving posterior horn of lateral meniscus ,very minimal knee joint effusion" is it necessary surgeon for knee joint. please suggest me. As possible.

An MRI of my lower back revealed I have a loss of Lumbar Lordosis. The other standout point from the report was: Findings: Loss of Lumbar Lordosis L4-5 DISC: Mild annular disc bulge with a posterior central protrusion and annular fissure causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation. The sagittal canal diameter at various disc levels are as follows: L1-2--14 mm, L2-3--13 mm, L3-4--12 mm, L4-5--11 mm, L5-S1--15 mm IMPRESSION: Mild annular bulge of L4-5 discwith a posterior central protrusion and annular fissure causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation. What is a possible timescale of recovery? Should I be exercising during this time (Not lifting weights-Only bodyweight exercises) Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi. its mild disc prolapse. surgery is not required .but you should avoid forward bending,weight lifting and squatting postures. use a flat bed to sleep. if you follow these precautions then disease will not increase further. for pain you can use volini gel. for further queries and medications you can consult me online.

Doctor, i'm 21 years and I have grade 1 varicocele. Three years back I found my left testicle turned backward ,i'm not sure about the degree (anterior position of testicle was found in the backward and posterior was seen in the front. I didn't get any pain and it got back to its position in 10 to 15 minutes of maximum. I found four times like this in the last three years (2017-2020. It comes and get back to the normal. I found, it got turned (i have mild enlarged vein in the posterior of testicle but that was seen in the front side and so there was no vein the back for 5 to 10 minutes) .is this testicular torsion or it's an emergency? What should I do doctor? Can I do exercise regularly.

Hello sir My father underwent cataract surgery in left eye. The doctor told me that during the surgery he came to know that my father had posterior polar cataract. And during surgery cortex of lens was strongly adherent to posterior capsule. So he had to do anterior vitrectomyou also. After surgery he has blurred vision and now keratitis is cured after the medication. His vision is also improved after 5 days of surgery bt he says that he feels a horse shoe shaped black area in his visual field. . His retina is checked and it's normal. So what can be the reason for disabled black view? Should we wait for 1 month till the medication gets over or should we go for further investigation?Please tell.

posteriour polar cataract surgery needs better preplanned investigation (sle) to diagnosed accurately & manage accordingly.
As per your information, posterior capsule has been ruptured accidently. Posteriour capsule rupture will cause vitreous prolapse, keratitis, post. Op. Glaucoma, impairment of vision & other complication later also.
Through fundus examination is needed to exclude any retinal detachment or hole. Vitreous floater may be rule out also.

I got car accident some days before no any blood injury I take mri scan for whole spine result are given below 1. Mild anterior compression to fracture with marrow edema of c7 d1 d2 d3 and d4 vertebral bodies elicited .anterior compression fracture of l3 vertebral body also with marrow edema. No significant retrolishthesis or spinal canal narrowing seen 2. Posterior disc osteophyte complex at c3 c4 c4 c5 and c5 c6 levels. Causing thecal sac indentations and narrowing of spinal canal with subtle impingement over the anterior cord surface. 3. Annual bulge with left lateral protrusion of l4-l5 disc, causing thecal sac indentations and narrowing of left neural foramina with impingement over the left side traversing and exiting nerve roots 4.cord show normal signal intensity. No evidence of cord contusion or edema pls give the best suggestions.
