What were your symptoms for which you got your MRI done.
The ACL tear that has indirectly caused the buckling of the PCL.
Understand ACL and PCL as two tight ropes between the two bones, holding them in alignment. When one gets cut, the alignment is lost and the other loses tightness. This is the cause for the buckling.
The ACL tear might require arthroscopic reconstruction.
