Fibroids are oestrogen dependant and if pregnancy results come on its own than there usually is no problem in continuing with it because size decreases as oestrogen decreases during pregnancy

There are three varieties of fibroid in uterus. One outside the uterus called Subserous, one in the wall called intramural and one to words endometrium called submucus fibroid. How does it effect u, partial tear, if it less then grade 2, then it can be left alone, rather the medial meniscus tear which you have is more problematic, if you can near the pain, and your knee doesn't lock while standing from sitting. Medical treatment can be sought, otherwise go for surgery.
