Please continue the antibiotics as prescribed for the complete course. The discharge is normal and has to be cleant with a sterile gauze which is available at a pharmacy. If the discharge is pus or if you have any localized pain, or swelling or even if a fever arises, it might have gotten infected. After cholecystectomy you can not eat too much food at a one time.
Due to overeating the severe pain may came but I can't say that it's a only after cholecystectomy 's pain.
Need to go with a doctor for severe pain.
