It is difficult to comment on your query without knowing the full details. If it is haemorrhagic cyst, one can wait for sometime and repeat ultrasound. Usually, such cysts subside.

Hi,
HSG will only show whether tunes are open anatomically.But whether it is functional. that is whether there is motility to catch the egg and transport the embryo back to the uterus can be checked only by seeing which means visualizing thro laparoscopy.In that also even if the tube shows motility it does not guarantee that it can catch the embryo which nobody can say.But atleast we can rule out if the tube are plastered and not moving or adhesions are there then there is no point in trying...more

Hi Lybrate user it's better to take course of antibiotics with hormonal pills complete it and observe on ultrasound for the size. It can come again. Try to get surgery with best on as it may damage ovaries and creat fertility issues.

I understood your concern and My opinion is that you should go for assisted reproductive technique such as IUI-Intra uterine insemination along with OVULATION induction drugs for atleast 4-6 months
It will defiantely help you in getting pregnacy

Hi. Laproscopic surgery is not resposible for your wt gain. You have not mentioned about your cycles whether there are reg/irregular. If they are regular then get thyoid profile n fasting blood sugar tests; if they r irregular then get a transvaginal scan along with the tests also to rule out pcod.

Hai. Please go thro a couple counselling on possibile causes and life style changes and also complete detailed investigations for both to find out the cause. Laparoscopy or hsg may not be your answer. Icsi can be kept as a deperate last choice.
