If your uterus was removed ther is no chance of spotting and yu have to d check up. Itching canbe due to fungal infection.

Actually you should go for diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy and dye test. Endometrial biopsy is taken to rule out uterine TB which is a common cause of infertility.

As per your condition, IVF is the best option for you, as success rate of recanalisation is poor and also increases risk for ectopic. Also you have only one fuctioning ovary which further reduces the chances of pregnancy.
