Hello, Thanks for the query.
Since she has diabetes, it is very essential to achieve a strict glucose control, otherwise due to glucose loss in urine, there may be repeated hunger. Please see that her fasting glucose is cloaer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg & HbA1c5 < 7. Thanks.

You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take medications. Consult me in private for prescription medications.
