No one should walk 10000 steps everyday with medium to fast pace to loss weight with dieting. I understand you want diet but you can follow simple rules like no sweets, no sugar, no fried food, no junk food. You can have homemade snacks with you. Walking is good for starters. If you are eating sufficient, the reason of weight loss could be stress, change in lifestyle or you may have some medical issue like hyperthyroidism or other.
But consult your doctor first, he will suggest you if there is requirement of any test. If the medical parameters would be fine then you should consult a dietitian as you may not be taking appropriate quantity of calories that your body requires.

Bed tea- methidana or jeera water
Breakfast-. 1 bowl any steam cooked cereal+250 ml toned milk+5 almonds
Mid-day: Lemon Water
Lunch: 2 multigrain Chapati+ seasonal vg+ curd+ salad
Evening tea: 1 cup green tea+ 1 handful of murmura or roasted chana
Dinner- As same as lunch only replace Chapati with Dalia or kichri and replace curd with dal
Bedtime- 1 cup toned milk

To gain weight you can follow these steps.
1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc.
3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc.
5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen.
6. No need to take artificial supplements. Natural diet is best.
