• Standing calf stretch
• Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Treating your sprained ankle properly may prevent chronic pain and instability. For a Grade I sprain, follow the R.I.C.E. Guidelines: Rest your ankle by not walking on it. Limit weight bearing. Use crutches if necessary; if there is no fracture you are safe to put some weight on the leg. An ankle brace often helps control swelling and adds stability while the ligaments are healing.

If you could provide with more details of exact area of pain it would have been better. But never the less it could be plantar fascitis or heel spur or any tendon around ankle that is inflammed.
1. Wear soft footwear throughout the day
2. You can also wear heel cups if heel is paining
3. Get assessed by a physiotherapist for footwear modification
4. Contrast treatment* alternately dip your feet in hot and cold water for 2 mins each. Totaly 12 to 15 mins.
