Hello dear when this happens is important. If it is recently in few days back 2-3 days then you have to apply ice over there so swelling will reduce also pain too, then apply diaclofinac ointment and the last apply creab bandage so you will recover fastly. If you have any questions or queries please feel free to contact me privately.

Hi, Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

You might be having an ankle sprain.
Try applying Ice packs.
Keep affected limb elevated.
Medications like Enzomac will help in swelling.
Do not bear weight over affected limb.
Persistent pain and swelling can be due to either fracture or ligament sprains.
Ideal time for ligament recovery is 4 weeks
kindly share x-rays.

Hi,
If the MRI suggests a stress fracture, then nothing can be done except for rest and iceing. Fractures take their own time to heal.
you can try homeopathy. I have heard they have some medicine to increase the healing process.

thank you.
take care.

I think you have ligament injury/sprain.
Apply ice for 20 minutes for 4 times in a day. It will heal your injury.
Apply analgesic ointment then apply crep bandage. And take rest. If possible concern qualified physiotherapist. They will help you.

I assume the fractured bone is still there. Then, if the wound has healed well and you don't have any other complications and you are in good health, the fracture usually unites within 3-6 months.
