The scratch is different from the bite. no need for scratches. if bite a second time go for complete dosage as per the advice. 0,3,7,14,28 and 90 days dosage

yes u go for inj TT one ample followed by Arv four doses intradermal in deltoid region. 0,3,7, 28.
you can't take any chance as no treatment for rabies. vaccination act as pep protect you.
rabies is 100% fetal.

aap ko wound clean karke antiseptic lagana hai.
inj TT one ample intramuscular in deltoid region.
vaccine ka koi effect tou hai nahi. ya tou pre exposure dose ley.

go for vaccination as early as possible. rabipur, verorub,abhay rub any one on 0,3,7,28 days intradermal in deltoid region. followed by two booster doses
first on six months, second on one year.

After the bite, vaccination should be started as early as possible, however if the cat doesn't show symptoms in 10 days, post exposure prophylaxis can be converted to pre exposure prophylaxis by skipping the dose on day 14 and continuing on day 28, if using the im regimen.
