1.your patient is already on dialysis, his kidneys are not functioning to take nitrogen load of ayurvedic treatment. 2. I do sympathize with your plight ,but all can be done is to put him on few blood thinners and prevent further plaque buildup.

Hello, any surgery for heart patients on medications should be planned. Blood thinner should be replaced with alternative injections medicine around the planned surgery so that it doesn't cause excessive bleeding during the surgery. Always review with your cardiologist for such modifications before planning the surgery.
