Control of BP, Sugar, dyslipidemia along with regular exercise, vegetarian diet and a peaceful life style should be adequate along with some essential drugs. By nature, the areas of diminished blood supply tend to develop collateral vessels to compensate for the obstruction. Some natural revascularization may also occur. However the patient's personality and the environment should be conducive to such a conservative approach for it to be a success.

Dear lybrate-user, your mother ECG is normal. If you are not willing for angiogram and angioplasty, you can go for non -invasive treatment like ECCP ,by high pressure vibrations ,different sittings, block in the heart will be removed. Many centres are in Pune and Mumbai, kindly find out and proceed with that-- which will have very good results.

1) Please get him evaluated by a pulmonologist to rule out any lung problems like Asthma or COPD etc, because if he has a lung problem then concor needs to be stopped as it worsens respiratory issues and will also decrease his respiratory problem. 2) If there is an underlying lung problem then his treatment needs to be optimised. 3) do not take the oil steam therapy unless a pulmonologist clears it because at times it can further worsen the underlying lung issue.

If your ECG and TMT both showed problem (but without looking at the ECG and TMT graph, I can only assume that the interpretation is correct) then it will be sensible to get an angiography done. You should also get a Echocardiography test done too. Angiography will help in finding out with 100% surety if the changes in the ecg are due to a heart block or is it just a false positive.
