Dear Lybrate user,
do regular yoga and meditation for anger management. It really works.
Try to find out the cause of anger and then find out it's solution, otherwise it will not only effect you mentally as well as physically too.
Avoid too much spicy, oily, junk food, tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarette. Take 2 tab. Tagar twice a day.
Feel free to consult.

Never use phone or laptop in front of your child. Try to spend a quality of time with him. Make him understand that this is the crucial time of his studies. So he have to concentrate on studies. Give him examples of successful students. You can also reward him for not using phone. Divert him towards any outdoor game in free time.
Motivate him to do yoga and meditation regularly to increase concentration and decrease his aggression.

First of all sit in a peaceful space, talk to yourself, what is the problem you are going through. Any inferiority complex, any fear of something, any doubt about your future plans like that. If you come to know about your problem only then you can solve it. You can talk to your parents or any of your well-wishers. Do regularly yoga and meditation. It would really work.
