But you need to mention the medical condition he is suffering from,
as anaemia can be due to several diseases.
That needs to be treated accordingly and then only hb% will increase
get back to me with details.

Need to see pbs (peripheral blood smear) report, also blood counts. Here in this report mcv is low. This may be due to iron deficiency anemia. Need to do further investigations to confirm like total blood counts, hb%, tibc, serum ferritin. No need to worry just do the investigations to confirm diagnosis. Hope it helps.

I would recommend you to take tab iron 60 mg + folic acid once to twice daily regularly with food.
Weakness and dizziness are due to less hemoglobin.
This syrup will relieve weakness and dizziness but it will not solved the main problem of anemia
you can take it as well with iron.

That depends on how much is your rbc and hemoglobin level.
High rbcs are bad as they may be sign of underlying disorders.
Blood donation is a common way of dealing with high rbcs.
Please tell specific values so I can guide you.
Do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

It is better to stop it and focus more on healthy diet and also take proper treatment to cure the cause of low HB. Otherwise the levels will soon go back down.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
