Probably it is the anal fissure that is troubling you. Try applying an ointment called ANORELIEF twice daily, specially before going for passing stool. Start with Hot sitz bath, laxatives if you have constipation. You will be definitely better.

There must be some digestion related trouble behind this. First of all it should be treated. You should have clear motion daily. Also excess intake of pungent, dry, cold and light food, repeated intake of frequent meals (when previous food is not properly digested), spicy food, alcohol, prolonged fasting, excess of exercise, weight lifting, grief, hot climate, oily and fried food, day sleep, horse or camel riding, two wheeler riding etc are the reasons behind it. Avoid doing these. You may take some Ayurveda treatment so that it may not reappear.
Do not ignore this problem. If you not took medicine than it become incurable. Take abhyaarista 15 ml with 15 ml water twice a day before meal. Also you can concern with us, if you want fast result. We provide therapies as well as ayurvedic medicines. You can contact us on Lybrate.

Modify your diet, take high fibre diet and drink lots of water. Let your stool be softer and see to it that there is no constipation. In severe constipation use laxatives like duphalac 25 ml at bedtime for a week or two.
Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated
Hello dear Lybrate user, hi
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. The lateral anal sphincterotomy is not the life time cure for any fissure, there are documented recurrences mentioned in the case studies as well.
Because the root cause is hard stool, which is never eradicated by any surgery
Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL
Regards take care.
