If you are facing recurrent pain and swelling in the wisdom tooth region, then it definitely needs to be removed. Prior to that get an x ray of the concerned region done. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses for some relief. Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the extraction procedure.

Most probably the pain in neck is due to infection associated with lower right tooth. Pain referred to neck and also in upper teeth. Though there can be infection in upper tooth too. You need X ray of the concerned tooth to be done and appropriate treatment. Either RCT and Cap OR removal of the tooth. Should not be a matter of worry. Just get treated for the same. Hope this helps!..

You can take an analgesic for your pain. But you should visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who will assess your wisdom tooth clinically, take x rays and give you appropriate treatment options.
