Irrespective of diagnosis you should do one thing. Take plenty of leafy vegetables, take plenty of water but not during lunch or dinner. Avoid water when you take food. At least 30 minuets before and 60 minuets after taking food. Avoid any kind of fast and junk food. Avoid biscuits and bread of any kind.

Thyroid report is normal. Your ht and wt missing. Should get blood test- haemogram, lft and kft and ecg done so as to rule out anaemia and infection and see a good physician and cardiologist.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and for fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal, sgpt and urine r/m and revert with reports.

Of your diet contains too many fibres I.e. fruits and vegetables, then it is normal and good. But if not then have stools checked up.

Home remedy for chronic constipation n Flatulence-
Bel's pulp (Bilva, Aegle marmelos)- 100 gm
Sonf - 100 gm
Isabgol - 100 gm
Cardamom (small) - 100 gm
Mix all well with sugar (300 gm)- store this granulated powder well.
Consume 10 gm in morning before breakfast with lukewarm water.
Repeat 10 gm at night after meals with lukewarm water.
