If there is mild increase, there should not be much difficulties. Cut down the salt intake in your food and also excess of carbohydrates. This way you can control the fluid in the amniotic sac.

Hi dear, yes you can deliver vaginally. Get investigated for reason of low liquor n start treatment accordingly. If no reason is there then rest for 10 hr a day in left lateral position, increased liquid intake n relieving tension will help out definitely.

Apply sanitary towels. If it is soaked fully. Perhaps it is amniotic fluid.
If only little spot size wetness .nothing to worry. It may be normal discharge.

Swelling in fetal kidneys (Renal pelviectasis). Seen in 2nd trimester resolves by itself in 97% of cases by 3rd trimester, get a repeat ultrasound done by 34-36 weeks. If swelling still persists then ultrasound will be done after delivery and management decided accordingly.
If it persists also it is 100% treatable.

An AFI between 8-18 is considered normal. Median AFI level is approximately 14 from week 20 to week 35, when the amniotic fluid begins to reduce in preparation for birth. An AFI < 5-6 is considered as oligohydramnios. The exact number can vary by gestational age.
