I have seen the details mentioned. However, there is no specific information like what re the current levels of T3, T4 & TSH. Because by saying TSH has decreased there is no way to understand theexact situation for suggesting or giving an opinion on the dosage. Secondly Levothyroxine dose is in MCG that is a very minute quantity, so the tablets can not be or should not be broken. There are many factors like what you eat, how much n at what time of day. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong as we had our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting. So breakfast is the most important meal of the day. N the problem is we generally neglect it. I have seen the details mentioned. In hypothyroidism lipids do get disturbed. Once tsh is well controlled, there will be positive effect on lipids too. However, with such high ldl there is a need for taking a statin like rosuvastatin for a few months. Tsh needs to be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l for being symptoms free.
