4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily

•it depends upon your dietary regulation, lifestyle ,medication & willpower to get well, soon, reversing fatty liver grd-1 or 2.
•you need to reduce your weight, if you are obeased, maintaining healthy diabetic condition.

Hello Abirami... I read all those things which you mention here. as everybody know alcohol consumption is not good for health. better to not take enlarge ammount. if you have more desire you can vocationally.

in normal term SGPT and SGOT both are a secretion for liver which are not digested properly that's why there level increases in your case. control it otherwise it can be harm your liver too..

Fatty liver disease is a common condition caused by the storage of extra fat in the liver. Most people have no symptoms. In some cases, though, it can lead to liver damage. Abdominal pain or a feeling of fullness in the upper right side of the abdomen (belly).
Nausea loss of appetite yellowish skin and whites of the eyes. Swollen abdomen and legs. Extreme tiredness or mental confusion.

All of these conditions are not serious, but needs to be addressed with changes in diet and exercise. Reduce fried fatty foods in your diet and exercise- walk / swimming/ cycling/ gym/ yoga for atlas 45 mins daily to improve the fatty liver. Prostatomegaly is commonly seen in men, keep a check of the serum psa levels in your blood once a year. Incase its raised above normal levels please consult a urologist.
